Farlie Turner Gilbert Advises TMJ Solutions, Inc. in a Sale Transaction

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (May 6, 2021) – Farlie Turner Gilbert & Co., LLC (“FTG”), a leading investment bank serving middle market companies, is pleased to announce that it advised TMJ Solutions, Inc. dba TMJ Concepts (“TMJ” or the “Company”) in a sale transaction to Stryker Corporation. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

 

TMJ is the industry leader in the design, manufacturing and marketing of a patient‑fitted temporomandibular joint prosthesis system and components used in oral‑maxillofacial and oncological procedures worldwide. The Company sells its products to medical centers located throughout the United States and in select international countries and distributes its devices and components to 20 additional countries through a diverse distribution network. The Company is widely recognized as the forerunner in the total joint reconstruction market, having been the first company to obtain premarket approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for its patient‑fitted prosthesis in 1999.
