Farlie Turner Gilbert Advises DEC Management In Sale to GSE Worldwide

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (October 18, 2021) – Farlie Turner Gilbert & Co., LLC ("FTG"), a leading investment bank serving middle market companies, announced today that it advised DEC Management (“DEC” or the “Company”) in its sale to GSE Worldwide. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Davie, Florida, DEC is one of the nation’s leading NFL sports agencies representing over 50 players including NFL stars Demarcus Lawrence, Xavien Howard, Vonn Bell, Jamie Collins, Cam Sutton, Olivier Vernon and Asante Samuel. DEC is led by David Canter, who has negotiated billions of dollars of NFL contracts over his 25 years as a player agent. The buyer, New York based GSE Worldwide, is a leading sports, entertainment, marketing, management and talent representation firm. Already well established for their world class golf and tennis agencies, which include such golf stars as Bryson DeChambeau, Louis Oosthuizen, Sergio Garcia, Sam Burns and tennis stars Leylah Fernandez, Sloane Stephens, and Sam Querrey, GSE wanted to cement its presence in the NFL by adding David Canter to its roster of superstar agents.
